Interactive Content Producer and VJ since 2004. He currently works on the topic of virtual texture transplantation – an artistic form of ripping textures and exposing a new graphical context with the movement of „laboratoires texture urbaine”, the guerrilla VJ Platform in Paris. Joio evangelises a disruptive communication through digitality.
One of the latest art pieces is a 19 meter sized reactive permanent Installation at Beijing Grand Hyatt Mall – A monumental and gigantic Video Wall with generative graphic elements as a result of a collaboration with Artist Martin Mayer aka “sinsynplus”.
As part of an innovation project, Joio also brings gesture-reactive digital showrooms to life for a premium car brand – which was freshly opened by Fritz Kalkbrenner on 4th Februar 2014 in Berlin.
As a producer his work is highly acclaimed, echoed in several awards („iF Communication Award – digital media“, “Intermedia-globe GOLD” by World Media Festival, “Bronze by Art Director’s Club Germany”).
